Strength training to meet your needs!

Don’t have time, don’t have the fitness or strength, don’t have the knowledge? At Severna Park Strength Performance I will take my 25 years of working as a personal trainer and with professional and collegiate athletes and make it all work for you! The workouts are short (30-40 minutes) full body workouts designed to meet your needs and goals. You will progress at your pace and ability.

 The workouts

Basic beginner program - this program is designed for the person new to strength training. I will teach you proper form on every exercise and the focus will be on proper body alignment. You will learn all of these movements at your pace and the program will be customized to meet your needs and goals.

Adavanced program - this program is for the person who has strength trained in the past or is currently strength training. This program will still focus on proper form and technique and body alignment. It will also start empasizing the increase in intensity levels and progressive overload principles (increasing the weight, the reps or both).

Circuits - strength training with a cardio flare!
