My education (Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health), training (Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with the National Strength & Conditioning Association), and decades of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer has positioned me to work with a wide variety of people while personalizing each program to meet his or her specific goals.
