Body alignment

Proper body alignment is important in everyday movements and in sports. It is no different in the weight room. The “neutral spine” position is essential in every movement performed in the weight room. It helps prevent injuries and target the muscle(s) being empahasized. It is easy to do but hard to master. With practice and time you to can master this body position. Pull the shoulder blades back, stick the chest out and keep your core tight (abs, low back, glutes). See you in the weight room!
